About PDF Toolbars in Integrated Applications
Nuance PDF Toolbar buttons in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
The Nuance PDF Toolbar has four buttons: the three Create buttons and the Open PDF/XPS button. The three Create buttons correspond to the Nuance PDF menu items in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Displaying the toolbar buttons in integrated applications
To use a PDF toolbar in other applications, Nuance PDF Professional should be integrated in these applications. You can enable or disable the integration during a Custom Setup.
If you do not see these buttons in a toolbar of an integrated application, go to View > Toolbars and select Nuance PDF.
