Creating one PDF per File
You can create separate PDF files for each source file. Compile a file list in the PDF Create Assistant or select the files in Windows Explorer.
To create one PDF per file from the File menu without the Assistant

Click in the File toolbar or select New PDF from the File menu.

Select From File.

Select one or more files from the Open dialog box.
Note
Each file is saved to a separate PDF. Use the Window menu to display them. Current settings are used, as defined in the ScanSoft PDF Create! Properties dialog box that you can access through File > Print. In this case, profiles are not available.
To create one PDF per file from the File menu with the Assistant

Click in the File toolbar or select New PDF from the File menu.

Select Create Multiple Files.

Build up a file list in the Create PDF dialog box.

Check that Create a PDF for each input document is selected in the Assemble selection box.

Select a profile in the Profile selection box.

Click the Edit button to define destination settings.

Click .
Saving will be performed according to the current destination settings. The resulting PDF files will be saved either in the source folder, or in a predefined folder, or the Save As dialog box will appear.

The Create PDF Info dialog box displays status info on the creation process and a list of the resulting PDF files with file name, path, file type and date of creation. Click Back to return to the Create PDF dialog box, then close it.

Click a resulting PDF file in the Create PDF Info dialog box to display it.
To create one PDF per file using the PDF Create Assistant from the Start menu

Open PDF Create Assistant from the Windows Start menu.

Build up a file list.

Follow the instructions described above under points 4 – 7.
After starting PDF creation, the Print Info dialog box will appear.
To create one PDF per file using the Windows Explorer shortcut menu

Right-click two or more source files in Windows Explorer or on your desktop.

Select Create PDF from file and then a profile from the shortcut menu.

Check the target. The fourth shortcut menu item displays the currently selected target or the saving instruction Query file name. If Query file name is displayed, the Save As dialog box will appear after PDF creation where you can save the resulting PDF files.
To create one PDF per file using drag-and-drop

Drag-and-drop multiple source files into the program window.
Each source file will be converted to PDF, and can be saved to a separate PDF. Use Save or Save As to save the resulting PDF file. Use the Window menu to display the created PDF files.
