Combining Files into one PDF
You can combine source files coming from a variety of applications, including existing PDF files, into one PDF document. Combining files is only possible if you have more than one file in the

file list of the Create PDF dialog box,

file list of the PDF Create Assistant,

or selected in Windows Explorer.
To combine files into one PDF using the File menu

Click in the File toolbar or select New PDF.

Select Combine Multiple Files and build up a file list in the Create PDF dialog box.

Arrange the files in the desired order and check that Combine file into one PDF document is selected in the Assemble selection box.

Click Options to set a bookmark to be generated for each input document. The bookmark texts will be the input file names.

Select a profile in the Profile selection box.

Click the Edit button to define destination settings.

Click .
Saving will be performed according to the current destination settings. The resulting PDF files will be saved either in the source folder, or in a predefined folder, or the Save As dialog box will appear.

Double-click the resulting PDF in the Create PDF Info dialog box to display it.

Click the Back button and then close the Create PDF dialog box.
To combine files into one PDF using the PDF Create Assistant

Start PDF Create Assistant and build up a file list.

Arrange the files in the desired order and select Combine files into one PDF document from the Assemble selection box.

Double-click the resulting PDF in the Print Info dialog box to display it.
To combine files into one PDF using the Windows Explorer shortcut menu

Right-click two or more source files in Windows Explorer or on your desktop.

Select Combine files as one PDF and then Edit if you want to change profile settings.

Choose a profile from the shortcut menu. The PDF Create Assistant appears, letting you choose Options for bookmark generation.

Check the target. The PDF Create Assistant displays the currently selected target or the saving instruction Query file name. If Query file name is displayed, the Save As dialog box will appear after PDF creation where you can save the resulting PDF files.
